We make our items to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you change your mind, choose a different color, or decide you no longer want the item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact chance@toohighvisuals.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, when practical, help us understand what happened. Please retain the packaging while we review a shipping-damage issue.
We will work with you to resolve a confirmed problem through an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions. If a return is needed because we sent a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will arrange the necessary return shipping.
Mystery bundles contain the quantity stated on their product page. Animal styles and colors vary, and example photographs do not guarantee a particular assortment. A random selection that matches the listing is not itself a defect. Missing pieces, damage and an order that does not match the listing should still be reported.
Our change-of-mind policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will explain the delay and provide the required delay-consent or cancellation/refund options.
