We currently ship physical orders within the United States. Shipping charges and available options are shown at checkout before payment.
The Mini Animal Mystery Bundle is made to order, with 2–3 business days of processing before dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional. Other products will state their own processing time when they become available. Development previews are not open for purchase or preorder.
Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten production time. A shipping-label notification alone does not mean a parcel has been handed to the carrier. Any transit estimate refers to the time after dispatch and is not a guarantee of arrival for a particular event or holiday.
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact chance@toohighvisuals.com promptly with your order number. We will check whether the address can still be corrected; a change cannot be guaranteed after carrier handoff.
If your parcel is damaged, missing, or shows an unexpected delivery status, contact us so we can investigate and explain the next steps. Our return and refund policy addresses damaged, defective and incorrect items.
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide the required options to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.
